Width: inside edge to inside edge
Measure across the drawer at the front, middle and back. Keep the smallest usable measurement if the walls taper. A nominal cabinet width describes a system and can differ substantially from the space inside its drawer.
Depth: inside front to inside back
Measure the usable distance from the inner front panel to the back. Account for fittings or a curved back that project into the tray area. Check the product’s depth separately from its width; turning a tray changes the layout and may change access to its compartments.
Height: clear space when it closes
Record the lowest usable height, taking obstructions into account. Compare this with the tray and the items you intend to put in it. Leave any clearance required by the manufacturer. An exact numerical match needs confirmation, because our comparison does not account for manufacturing tolerances.
Compare with the exact product
Use the product measurements rather than packaging dimensions. VARIERA has conflicting width limits on the manufacturer page; a near-limit drawer needs clarification. Our dimension filter describes a comparison of listed numbers and cannot verify installation or operation.
